EMG wins gold for Quality Service by the Reader’s Digest

Each year the Reader’s Digest conducts the Quality Service Awards survey, seeking out NZ companies delivering excellent service to their customers. This year we were chuffed to have been voted #1 for Quality Service, taking the top spot in the Used Vehicle Dealership category!

 

The survey is carried out by longstanding independent research agency Catalyst Research and 100% voted by new Zealand consumers. Over 2,000 New Zealanders are asked to rate the quality of the customer service they experienced across 35 categories. The result is a list of winning companies, recognised for providing the highest levels of customer service. The quality of their services is measured by 5 key pillars: Personalisation, Understanding, Simplicity, Satisfaction and Consistency.

 

EMG CEO Chris Stephenson says the entire team are absolutely stoked to have been recognised in this way. “Our front-line teams have been working hard to improve our customer experience over the past few years, so receiving the Gold Quality Service award is fantastic recognition of their commitment and effort. Our customers are at the heart of our business, so I can’t miss the opportunity to also say thank you to our amazing loyal customers, who took the time to vote for us,” he says.  

 

We received this prestigious award in November alongside other elite Kiwi brands such as Mitre 10, ASB and Resene.
