At Level 3 our 2 Enterprise locations in Auckland will be open for business, we will of course be sticking to the rules! Because keeping our staff and customers safe is our number 1 priority.
In this post we will cover off what we have done to make buying safe - at all Levels.
We are open for online shopping only with click and collect or home delivery available for test drives and deliveries. For both we need you to make an appointment so that we can have the specific car you are looking at out and available. At level 3 you won’t be able to visit our branch to browse or walk around.

We know it can be fun to wander around, browsing the cars until you see one that catches your eye! Unfortunately, at level 3 this is against the rules, but we are here to help you do the next best thing.
Our staff can email you video walk arounds of individual cars or even groups of cars, we are available for live video calls and if you fall in love with something we can even do a virtual video test drive for you!
At Level 3 a retail store can’t open for sales, but we can offer home delivery or Click and Collect. To keep our process contactless, all Click and Collect visits to our dealership must be by appointment only. This is so we can have the exact car you need out and available so you can safely collect it.
The maximum number of people from your bubble able to come at one time is two. But don’t worry, you’re more than welcome to take the car home to see if the whole family can fit comfortably.

We have asked all our cleaning companies to perform more regular cleans with a focus on high touch surfaces. We have also asked them to add a sanitisation process to the clean as well as conducting their work in appropriate PPE.
Our cars have been sanitised inside and out, with extra focus on all the high touch surfaces. Before and after each test drive and before a customer takes delivery, we will be giving each car an extra precautionary clean.
To keep our staff safe, whenever they are cleaning a vehicle that has been driven, they will wear the appropriate PPE.
We can value and trade your car at Level 3. However, to do this we need your help first.
Every person who visits an Enterprise Motor Group branch will be logged in our contact tracing system, this includes our customers, delivery drivers and outworkers.
We’re taking COVID-19 seriously and want to play our part in keeping the community safe, so almost all aspects of our level 3 trading will stay the same at level 2.
